Your Questions Answered
What forms of payment do you take?
When you checkout you can express pay though ShopPay, Apple Pay, PayPal or Google Pay.
Alternatively you can pay using your bank card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and more.
How quickly can I expect to hear from your after I place my order?
Once we receive your order your confirmation email, including your QR code, will automatically trigger. Please check your junk folder. If you don't receive this within 2 hours, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
How long does it take?
Our usual turn around time is 4 days from receiving your clothes. More intricate garments like fully beaded wedding gowns can occasionally take longer. However, if you need your item back for a specific date please let us know via our Contact Us form.
What if i'm not happy with my clean?
In the very unlikely event you are unhappy with your clean please contact us immediately. We pride ourselves on getting things right first time and we take this very seriously. Customer satisfaction is of upmost importance.
All items that are dropped off at our Pods are checked by hand before being cleaned and before being returned.
We will open an investigation into this, ask you for photographs of the issue and work with you on a speedy resolution.

Where are my items being cleaned?
We clean all items at our cleaning hub in Peterborough. We have been dry cleaning clothes for over 60 years to an outstanding level and are the highest rated Dry Cleaner in the whole of the UK.
Are my items insured?
Yes. We want you to feel reassured your items are in safe hands so your items are fully insured from the minute you drop them into the Pod.
I'd like an update on my cleaning, how do I do this?
We will contact your via email once your items are cleaned and back at the Pod ready to collect, however, should you wish to contact us you can do so via our Contact Us page.

What if I have a key event or holiday and need my items back by a certain date?
That's no problem. If you need your clothes back for a specific date please let us know via our Contact Us page and we can fast track your items for you.
Do you have a price list?
We do. Our pricing is transparent and what you see, when selecting your item from our Cleaning Page, is what you pay.
Included in our pricing as standard:
De-bobbling
Securing any loose buttons
Covering buttons that need protecting
Securing loose hems
Securing any sequins, badges or labels that maybe loose
Hand treating any stains
What types of cleaning do you offer?
We offer both wet and dry cleaning services as well as repairs and alterations. We always follow the care label on your items coupled with our expert knowledge of fabrics, fabric cleaning and the science of stain removal.
Our two senior cleaners have over 80 years combined cleaning experience and our cleaning team as a whole has 200 years.
Our experience means we love cleaning complex items such as gowns, Saville Row suits, down jackets, designer clothes and of course, wedding dresses. We are not afraid of cleaning beads, silks, wools, satin, cashmere and stains.
