Think of it as your new 24/7 drop-off spot. You can pop your dirties in a locker and collect your cleans whenever suits — no need to rush before closing time or plan your day around us (as lovely as that would be).

Nope. Our system does the clever bit for you at checkout. You’ll just pick your preferred locker location before you pay.

Orders over £70? Delivery’s on us.

Under £70? There’s a £3 delivery fee that’ll show up automatically at checkout.

Treat it like posting something precious because it is.

  1. Use a sturdy bag or box that actually fits in a locker.
  2. Use strong tape (no flimsy sellotape or sad masking tape).
  3. Ditch any old delivery labels. If you fancy doing a deep dive, here are InPost’s top packaging tips

Yep. Your receipt lives on our website under your account. InPost doesn’t automatically send one, but we’ve got you covered.

Once your clothes reach us, we usually have them cleaned, pressed and back with InPost within two working days. If a stain needs a bit more persuasion, it might take a smidge longer. Down jackets and other airy items get an extra day or two to dry properly... no one likes a damp coat.

Yes and we take it very seriously. We hand-treat delicate areas, run them through a gentle cycle and finish with a fine-tooth comb inspection. Each dress is packed in a handmade, breathable box with acid-free tissue. Big, floaty skirts might need a courier (they don’t fit in lockers), so a courier fee may apply to get the dress back to you.

Yes, but not through InPost as they’re just too bulky. Bring them into one of our shops and we’ll wash, dry, and pack them in breathable storage bags ready for next season.

Nope. We’ll handle the label side of things. If you’ve got a special request, add a note as you checkout or pin one to your clothes. We’re not fussy.

If you’ve got the InPost app, you can check locker sizes and availability nearby. Head to your chosen locker, scan your code, pop your parcel in, shut the door- job done.

Absolutely. The InPost app keeps tabs on your parcel the whole way.

We wish! Sadly, no one can guarantee full stain removal, but we’ll always return your clothes in the best nick possible. Every item passes a two-stage quality check, and if something’s stubborn, we’ll pop a “Best Results” card on it so you know we tried everything short of witchcraft.

ShopPay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay- we take all the modern stuff. Or go old-school with your Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.

All at our own cleaning hub in Peterborough, the same place we’ve been perfecting the art since 1963. We’re proudly family-run and officially the highest-rated dry cleaner in the UK.

You’ll get an InPost email when your dirties reach us and when your cleans are back on their way. You can also log into your account on our site for a status update.

As soon as your order’s confirmed, you’ll get an email with your QR code. (Check your junk folder- we end up in there sometimes.) If you don’t get it within two hours, drop us a line.

Everything’s pressed, wrapped in tissue, and boxed carefully before InPost collects it for delivery to your chosen locker.

InPost will email and text you (or ping you in the app) as soon as it lands in your locker.

You’ll get a QR code and a 6-digit PIN... use either to open the locker.

Turn up your screen brightness, wipe your phone screen, and hold it about 15cm from the scanner. If all else fails, put in the code manually on the screen.

If you’ve got the app, hit “Open Locker Remotely.” Still no luck? Call InPost’s Customer Care on 0330 335 0950.

Three days. You’ll get a reminder 24 hours before time’s up. Miss the window and it’ll be sent back to us, we’ll then help you arrange redelivery (a small fee applies).

Of course. Just forward them the email or text with your code.

  • Go to your locker.
  • Scan your QR code or type your collection code. Or use the InPost app for contactless opening.
  • Then grab your cleans and shut the door behind you.

They’re emptied regularly, so try again later or check the InPost app for another nearby locker.

Fabric ones, yes! Trainers, UGGs, heels. Box them up and send them via an InPost locker.

Yes. InPost covers them in transit, and once they reach us, they’re insured by Peters.

That’s rare but if you’re unhappy, tell us within two hours of collecting your parcel. Send photos and a quick note to enquiries@peterscleaners.co.uk.

We photograph and check everything before and after cleaning, but if we’ve missed something, we’ll sort it quickly.

Dry cleaning, wet cleaning, and laundry... basically, if it’s fabric, we can probably clean it.

Not exactly, but with 60+ years of experience, we’ll pick the safest and most effective method, usually wet or spot cleaning, and always get your approval first.

Yes, but send us a photo of the item and care label first so we can check the best approach.

We’ll get in touch to arrange redelivery or refund. There’ll be a small re-delivery charge.

Sometimes there’s a short delay, but if it’s been over 72 hours, get in touch with your order number and we’ll investigate.

If tracking hasn’t updated for 72 hours or something looks off, let us know right away. InPost covers loss or damage up to £50 and we’ll handle the claim on your behalf.
